Understanding our place of worship
A Kingdom Hall is a place of worship used by Jehovah's Witnesses. The name "Kingdom Hall" reflects our focus on God's Kingdom—a real government in heaven that will bring peace to the earth.
Kingdom Halls are designed to be modest, functional places of worship. We don't use religious symbols or elaborate decorations, keeping the focus on Bible education and worship.
Many Kingdom Halls, including ours, were built or renovated through volunteer labor by members of the congregations that use them, demonstrating Christian unity and cooperation.
Everyone is welcome to attend meetings at Kingdom Halls. Our meetings are free and open to the public, and no collections are taken.
Our Kingdom Hall hosts regular worship meetings, Bible study sessions, ministerial training, weddings, and other congregation activities throughout the week.
What you'll find at our Kingdom Hall
Our main auditorium provides comfortable seating for congregation meetings, with an audio-visual system for presentations and music.
A resource library with Bible study aids, publications, and reference materials available for congregation members' personal study.
A secondary auditorium used for theocratic education, training sessions, and overflow seating during larger gatherings.
Our Kingdom Hall is designed to be accessible to individuals with mobility challenges and special needs.
Convenient parking facilities available for those attending meetings and events at the Kingdom Hall.
Audio-visual equipment and internet connectivity support our use of digital Bible study tools and JW Library app during meetings.
Caring for our place of worship through volunteer service
The care and maintenance of our Kingdom Hall is handled by congregation volunteers who donate their time and skills. This includes:
Every congregation member is encouraged to participate in caring for our place of worship, demonstrating our collective responsibility and love for Jehovah's house.
For larger improvement projects and renovations, our congregation benefits from regional cooperation with Jehovah's Witnesses from nearby congregations.
Skilled volunteers—including carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other construction professionals—come together from across the region to work on building improvement projects. This teamwork and skills-sharing demonstrates the unity that exists among Jehovah's Witnesses worldwide.
These projects not only improve our facilities but also strengthen the bonds between congregations and showcase the Christian love and cooperation that characterize our organization.
